14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email contact@uswarmth.com with the name and email used at checkout, the course you purchased, and the purchase date.
Processing
We review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Duplicate charges and delivery problems
If you were charged twice or could not access your course, contact us and we will fix it or refund the charge. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.
